App privacy policy

In short

HARDMIX does not collect any personal data. The app has no ads, no analytics or tracking tools and no user account, and it sends nothing to us or to third parties.

Data on your device

Everything you set in the app yourself – favourites, ratings, notes, your bottles and the ml/oz setting – is stored only on your device. We have no access to it. Deleting the app deletes this data. It may be part of your device backup with Apple, which is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Purchases and downloads

Purchases, downloads and updates are handled entirely by Apple's App Store, where Apple processes data under its own terms. We only receive aggregated sales figures from Apple, nothing that identifies you personally.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them once the request is settled and no legal retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Since the app itself collects no data, this practically only concerns emails you send us.
